Réal d'Or
AN OPEN STAGE WHERE WINEMAKING ART, NATURE & EMOTION MEET
The estate draws its identity from a singular terroir, marked by the memory of a former river of gold nuggets, and from demanding viticulture.
Schist, red sandstone, quartzite and clay-limestone make up varied soils, under a sunny Mediterranean climate, sheltered from the Mistral wind.
Across 30 hectares of vines in Côtes de Provence Notre-Dame des Anges, the estate is converting to organic farming with a clear ambition: to preserve living ecosystems and reveal the terroir.
Grape varieties in the spotlight
At Château Réal d’Or, the diversity of our grape varieties shapes the palette of our estate. Grenache, the backbone of our blends, brings warmth and generosity. Cinsault lends its lightness, Syrah its aromatic power, and Rolle its mineral vivacity to our whites. Tibouren, a signature Provençal variety, adds a floral, distinctive touch, while Cabernet Sauvignon gives structure and length to our age-worthy reds. A mosaic of characters serving a wine true to its terroir.
Viticulture in sustainable transition
This transition involves evolving all of our farming practices. We favour soil cultivation, promote biodiversity, limit interventions to the strict minimum, and are progressively phasing out synthetic pesticides, in line with Organic Farming specifications.
The world of our wines
The wines of Château Réal d’Or reflect a generous Provençal terroir, where sun, Mistral wind and rich soils shape vintages that are elegant, indulgent and authentic.
Through our range, we invite you to explore the full diversity of our estate: fresh, delicate rosés, whites with vibrant aromas, and characterful reds, all crafted with the same commitment to quality and precision.
