The plots lie within Côtes de Provence and Notre-Dame-des-Anges, surrounded by umbrella pines, oaks and chestnut trees.

Grape varieties in the spotlight
At Domaine de l’Heure Bleue, every grape variety tells part of our terroir’s story. Grenache brings roundness and generosity, Cinsault its freshness and elegance, Syrah its spicy depth, Mourvèdre its structure and southern character, while Rolle lends aromatic finesse to our whites. Together, they shape the singular identity of our vintages, between Provençal tradition and meticulous craftsmanship.
Our environmental approach
Our approach is built on practices that sustainably preserve the soil, biodiversity and the natural balance of the vine. We favour preventive methods, limit interventions to the strict minimum, and use neither herbicides nor synthetic pesticides. Every decision is guided by careful observation of the vine and its environment.
